In the rapidly growing community of Raleigh, North Carolina, I am one of the few “natives” you will ever meet. Since relocating to Raleigh from Atlanta, Ga. in 1958, my family has seen this community grow and thrive in every direction. Growing up in Raleigh , the state capital that celebrates the Arts and Education, I was fortunate to have a real appreciation for the best quality of life, educational advantages, cultural diversity, employment opportunities, year-round sports and recreational activities that most people must relocate here to find. When I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1974, my intentions were to teach French at the high school level and share my passion for education and other cultures. Instead, I married my husband right after graduation and was surprised to find that foreign languages were not yet a high priority in the high school curriculum. Although I could not reach my teaching goals then, I was fortunate to be able to raise two wonderful sons here and enjoyed participating in their schools as a volunteer. I continued to pursue my own passion for education and my hometown by becoming a Realtor in 1987 with the intention of helping newcomers find their way, settle down and make Raleigh their home. Over my entire career in residential real estate, my passion for helping others and educating them about my hometown, as well as the ever-changing real estate market in our area, has been one of my greatest pleasures. I love to introduce newcomers to the area, help them find the perfect home for their family, and continue to build relationships with them over years of service. I believe in Raleigh . Let me show you why I believe that Raleigh is the best place in the world to live, work, play and grow. I know the area, I know the neighborhoods, and I know what you are looking for…Service…Choices…RESULTS!
